Yes. Serenova welcomes couples and roommates who want to share a beautiful, private residence while enjoying everything the community has to offer. It’s a shared lifestyle with individual freedom and elevated service.

While Serenova is an independent living community and does not directly provide healthcare, we are establishing a network of trusted, third-party providers to serve our residents right where they live. Your Concierge will be able to assist in coordinating a variety of on-site services, including:
